SUMMARY:

Eric was Bette Midler's lead trumpet player on her three Kiss My Brass tours, which were #1 in the U.S.A. and Australia, and was very recently asked to play with "Blood, Sweat, & Tears".  He has appeared on The Tonight Show, the Australian Tonight Show, the Ellen Degeneres Show, A&E Biography, Bravo, and also in Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly magazines.  Eric has recorded extensively for CD, DVD, and movie soundtracks, and has recently completed his first solo jazz CD.  Playing out on live gigs of all styles has been his favorite musical pursuit, which he has been doing all over the world since the age of 16.


Eric has also been a pilot since age 16 and was one of the youngest commercial pilots in the country at age 18.  His flying career has moved him to great musical locations around the USA.  in 1991 to Ft. Lauderdale, FL as an instructor, in 1994 to Santa Barbara, CA as a pilot for SkyWest, and in 2000 to Minneapolis, MN as a pilot for Northwest, which has been his permanent (non touring) residence since 2002. His professionalism, great attitude, versatility, and reliability make him a top call player worldwide.
